Bestmind enters strategic partnership with IRIS Consulting Services

Bestmind has formalized a strategic partnership with IRIS Consulting Services, a UK-based company with a global footprint. The agreement, announced last week at Bestmind’s Italian headquarters, marks the beginning of a collaboration that brings together both companies’ expertise in the infrastructure and real estate sectors, with a focus on the UK and Nordic regions.
The partnership will deliver a wide range of services, including business consultancy, EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management), project and programme management, and tailored systemic solutions aimed at maximizing value and ensuring project success.
From April, Simon O’Connor, founder of IRIS, will take on the role of CEO of Bestmind U.K., overseeing operations across the UK and Nordic markets.
