Public Administrations

We assist public administrations and authorities in defining, planning, designing, and executing activities by providing a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO).
We offer fully customisable services, delivering specific vertical expertise when needed throughout the project. The PMO integrates with existing administrative procedures, ensuring all processes run smoothly.

We contribute at various stages: from feasibility studies to design; from the selection of the economic operator (procurement methods, selection criteria, tender documentation, technical-legal support, and contracting) to control and monitoring services throughout the execution phase.

We manage the project with design management activities and monitor construction as an independent third party, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.

We also operate under an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) scheme, where the client and project allow for it.
We work in a BIM environment and can provide BIM management to ensure process consistency and project completion, ultimately ensuring the smooth transfer of the documentation package to those responsible for the building’s Facility Management.

Property Managers and Tenants

We assist property managers and tenants who will occupy and manage the building during the lease.
We provide technical-legal assistance in property searches, handling technical-economic, legal, and administrative due diligence, and managing the technical-legal aspects of the lease agreement.

For real estate developments tailored to the tenant’s requests, we operate as a Project Management Office (PMO).
We directly manage technical design activities with design management, support the selection and procurement of stakeholders, and supervise construction through project management.

Throughout the process, we ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and cost control.
We actively manage relationships with all involved parties, including owners, authorities, designers, and contractors.
