Niguarda

Niguarda Hospital is one of the largest and most important hospital centers in Italy. Today, it is at the heart of a wide-ranging transformation and enhancement program, driven by investments from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and the Olympic Program. This ambitious plan involves more than 25 pavilions, dozens of projects, and a complex network of public and private stakeholders.

To tackle this challenge, BestMind has been appointed to manage Project Management and Project Control activities, with the goal of ensuring constant, transparent, and efficient supervision across all operational fronts. Our approach is based on a simple belief: dealing with complexity requires clear tools, shared processes, and accessible information.

With this vision, we’ve brought our know-how to the project, integrating structured project control methodologies with advanced technological solutions.

Dyana: the custom dashboard for Niguarda

A core component of our contribution has been the adaptation and development of Dyana, BestMind’s Power BI dashboard, designed to provide a clear and unified view of the project status.

Dyana has been customized to the specific needs of Niguarda, with a modular structure that enables:

• Centralization of all information: work progress, milestones, critical issues, and reports
• Interconnection of technical, management, and operational data from diverse sources
• A real-time, visual snapshot of each pavilion and the overall program
• Granular performance monitoring, with filters by priority, status, timelines, and resources
• Enhanced communication between stakeholders, through personalized views and rapid content sharing

In a context where dozens of actors cooperate daily – from strategic management to design teams, technicians, and contractors – Dyana serves as a cornerstone: a simple yet powerful tool that helps everyone work better, with more awareness, coordination, and accountability.
