Our firm is following Palazzo Pitteri, a prestigious building located in Piazza Unità d’Italia in Trieste, on behalf of Artur Srl.

The project includes:

• 1 floor dedicated to offices and logistics
• 2 floors of rooms
• A duplex floor of luxury suites

Among the distinctive elements of the project is the construction of an elevated walkway that will functionally connect Palazzo Pitteri with the neighboring Hotel Duchi D’Aosta, creating a unique synergy between the two structures.

Our contribution includes:

• Design and construction management of the structures
• Consulting for fire prevention and obtaining the CPI (Fire Prevention Certificate).

Palazzo Pitteri is destined to become an example of elegance and functionality, contributing to further enhance the historical and architectural context of Trieste.
