Carlo Samarini has enjoyed a storied career with 46 years of experience in real estate.
He joined Hines at the beginning of 2008 as Mechanical and Electrical Engineer of the Porta Nuova Garibaldi, Varesine and Isola Projects, managing the design and coordinating the main decisions in the field of civil disciplines. At the same time, he was responsible for supervising construction activities and MEP Contractors.
Previously, he worked for 6 years at the "Sole 24 Ore" Project in Milan and the Trigoria Hospital in Rome. He also lived for 3 years in the United Arab Emirates, working as Project Director of the contractor company for MEP works.
Between 1985 and 1999, he lived and worked in Rome, managing several high-profile projects including a nuclear power plant, pharmaceutical laboratories, and high-rise office towers. Prior to that, from 1980 he spent 4 years in Saudi Arabia as Project Manager of MEP activities for the University of Riyadh and Jeddah International Airport.
