After earning her classical high school diploma, she embarked on a ten-year journey in the non-profit sector, gaining solid experience in social and cultural projects. During this time, she held key roles in project design, coordination, and management of local initiatives, working alongside public institutions, associations, and community-based organizations in Milan. She developed the ability to manage complex projects, foster teamwork, and build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders—skills that gave her a systemic outlook and strong organizational acumen.

Driven by a desire to deepen her understanding of the legal frameworks behind business and social structures, she began focusing on tax law and corporate law. This shift allowed her to combine her social sensibility with more technical expertise, nurturing an increasingly analytical, precise, and sustainability-driven approach to project development.

Her strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and empathic, collaborative approach make her a valuable asset in supporting both project and organizational dynamics. She is reliable, attentive, and methodical—qualities that led her to join Bestmind, where she actively contributes to the operational management and coordination of projects within the design department, bringing her broad and diverse experience to the team.
