Luca graduated in 1995 from the University of Padua as an Electrical Engineer, and then proceeded to undertake a PhD at the University of Virginia in the USA.
He brings more than 24 years of experience to the table, and over 10 years in the management of international projects regulated by FIDIC standards, in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Russia, Morocco, Kazakhstan, and the Maldives, as well as projects based on the Italian legislation on public works.
He has extensive experience in procurement of services, supplies, works and grants, technical audits, reviews and evaluation of bids for the entire MEP sector.
Luca is skilled in managing projects with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
Since 2022 he has been collaborating with Bestmind as MEP Manager.
