Paolo Gennari graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2001, with a thesis focused on sustainable building design.
He began his career as a designer, collaborating with major engineering firms in Milan and an architectural studio in London. There, he worked on integrated design and site supervision for commercial and residential buildings, as well as urban regeneration plans.
He furthered his education at SDA Bocconi, specializing in Real Estate, Finance, and Operations. Over time, he advanced professionally to become a Project Manager and later Operations Director.
He served as Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) at Citterio-Viel & Partners, where he led design teams of approximately 120 people on large-scale international architectural projects. He later took on the role of Group C.O.O. at a Milan-based project management company with operational offices in the Middle East and Japan.
Throughout these roles, he implemented management control systems based on business intelligence and oversaw the rollout of ERP systems to optimize the integrated management of company resources.
Since 2025, he has held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project Manager at Bestmind.
